Today is the first day of Maya's summer vacation.  The boys still have another 13 days...but who's counting!  I think I am more excited for summer than the kids.

We've started a list of summer activities we want to do...in no particular order...

1. make sno cones
2. visit all the metro libraries
3. go to the zoo (I'm sure at least 10 times!)
4. camp in the backyard
5. go camping
6. make s'mores (saw a cool way of doing this on Pinterest)
7. catch lightening bugs
8. water balloons (UGH!)
9. build a robot out of recycled items
10. swim in a lake
11. watch the starts
12. go on an adventure (different metro parks)
13. go to the drive-in
14. go to Toys R Us (Adam's idea of fun!)

I'm sure our list will grow and grow!

The next 2 weeks, Maya and I will get things done around the house so we can ENJOY our summer!  Basement cleaned, yard work, and garage organizing are among my to-do list.

Other than Koguryo, baseball, gymnastics and swim lessons planned, we are going to fly to K.C. sometime in July, drive to Grandma Jenny and Grandpa Scott's farm in Michigan, go on our annual camping trip, and have 3 birthday's to celebrate!

NOW.... all we have to do is wait for the weather to cooperate!
