I'm so excited for the boys! The both have just learned how to write their names. Chad has been working with them for awhile and it looks like it payed off. Yay, Daddy!

Grandma's Visit
We had a great visit with Grandma Moorefield last week. Grandma was barely able to put her bags down before all 3 kids jumped on her! Grandma got quite a workout playing and wrestling with the kids. It was so nice having company during the day AND having grandma to entertain the kiddos! Luckily, we were able to go to lunch one day (with out kids!) and to a movie. We also got a full day of shopping with just the girls (grandma, mommy and Maya!)

2nd Annual Valentines Party!
We had our 2nd Valentine's Party yesterday. I was a little nervous about how many kids were coming, also not sure where to stop inviting people. We had 9 moms, 2 dads (Chad and Tim) and 21 kids. 7 moms and 12 kids either cancelled or couldn't come! We had a full house but it was great. It really didn't seem that crazy. The kids were able to play in the basement or upstairs in the playroom. Mostly, the kids hung around the moms in the family room. I tried to get good pictures, but since I was a little distracted, I only got a few. Jen got some that she posted on her blog if you want to check them out. Most importantly, the kids had fun! Mine crashed that night!

What Super Bowl?
While the rest of the world was watching the Super Bowl, we were watching Cinderella. Last night we had movie night. The kids love getting all snuggled up in a bed of blankets on the floor. We had peace and quiet for about 30 minutes, until the comfy bed became wrestling mats! Maybe if I put in something other than Cinderella they would have lasted longer. Next time...

Alter Egos!
The boys have been really into pretend play lately. They like to be called different name throughout the day. Even Maya has been able to play with them, although she's not sure what they're playing, she's just happy to be with them.
Top 10 alternative names we go by:
10. "Dinosaur" (Jack)
9. "Robot" (Adam and Jack)
8. "Milk man" (Adam, have no idea where that came from)
7. "Mr. Denney" (Jack, Mrs. Denney is one of the boys' preschool teachers, not sure if he means her or her husband.)
6. "Pirate" (obviously, Adam)
5. "Princess" (Maya)
4. "Dragon" (Mommy)
3. "Cowman" (Adam, "I'm not a cowboy, I'm a cowman!")
2. "Batman" (Adam and Jack)
1. "Animal Man" (Jack)
